BowShot Vector Group TM
BowShot's Vector Groups engage high-potential entrepreneurs who have the determination to win and need business strategies to match.
Ritchie Clapson considers his membership of a BowShot Vector group to have been a crucial factor in the successful sale of his business NMR Bobrowski to Capita.
Group Purpose
To inspire and support Vector members to thrive on turbulent times.
How BowShot Vector Groups achieve this purpose
Prior to each meeting, Christopher Bayliss assists a group members in rotation to prepare, in summary, his or her main business goals and the decisive actions required to attain these. These highly focused plans are then brought to the group where fellow members give them consideration, validation and support. As a direct result of this process the majority of members substantially increase their sales and profits within 9 months of joining.
Every 6 months members review their own progress, and that of the group as a whole, towards thriving on turbulent times.
Strategic workshops on key topics are provided quarterly, e.g. funding growth, increasing profitable sales and confronting the brutal facts about our businesses. Vector members often run these workshops themselves.
Members also benefit from two 1:1 meetings with the group leader each year, plus monthly telephone support, for the successful implementation of their decisive actions. This enhances the confidence and self-belief of Vector members.
