Joining BowShot
If a picture tells a thousand words - then just imagine the view if you could join up all the numbers in your business?

Welcome to the BowShot Shrewd Group TM

Launched in September 2008, the BowShot Shrewd Group now meets monthly at the Royal Exeter Hotel in Bournemouth. We're delighted to have recruited an expert facilitator, Sue Baker, to lead this dynamic new group.

Sue Baker is a qualified Accountant with an exceptional breadth of experience - from Finance Director of a fast-track PLC to CEO of her own manufacturing business. She currently runs Clarity Business Financials, which supports entrepreneurs in understanding and fully exploiting their business numbers.

“If you arrange the numbers in the right way, a picture emerges that really supports key decision making and great management of the business. I now want to develop this expertise within the BowShot community.”  Sue Baker, BowShot Shrewd Group Leader

This programme, twelve months in development, is way beyond "finance for non-finance managers". It includes a thorough self-assessment process and an in depth look at:
  • how to understand and use key cash flow modelling tools
  • how to implement at a glance "traffic light" reporting
  • building value into the business - not just profits
  • understanding the dynamic relationships between your revenues, your costs, what you own and what you owe.
